Friendly staff -- both at front desk and in PT room; patient centered -- they show they really care about you and your progress and listen to what you say; always get seen at the time of my appointment (no waiting); and they are doing wonders helping me through my rehab after rotator cuff surgery. GREAT PLACE!!!

Everyone at the Harrison-Spanish Trail office is pleasant & helpful. Erik, my therapist, is great...he is a good listener, explains things well so the “layman” understands. I’d say he’s creative, too, or at least has a myriad of exercises or techniques to use with the patient, so that if one is hurtful or difficult for the patient, he knows of another method to get the desired results. He’s patient & has a sense of humor. Mark Morelli, a PT Aide, is also quite knowledgeable, explains things well & the desired goals. He’s also quite good with manipulating/massaging the ankle &/or outer leg to bring some mobility & pain relief. Good combination

I don't think I would have healed without this place. I came in for a hip injury from giving birth which resulted in my baby being stillborn. My therapist, Kristen, always made me feel comfortable and was great at working with me after what I've been through. She was also very informative about all of my treatments so that I knew how to help myself heal. She convinced me to do dry needling and I couldn't believe what a difference it made and it didn't even hurt! I'm glad I was able to work with her and it was worth the wait to get started! I believe my injury is fully healed now and I have a good set of exercises to prevent it from happening again.
