Golden Bear Therapy Welcomes New Partner Silver Creek Physical Therapy

Silver Creek has joined Golden Bear’s collective of wellness brands and promoted its former owners within the organization.

(San Jose, California)Golden Bear Therapy Partners, a reputed rehabilitation company expanding across the United States, has acquired Bay Area clinic Silver Creek, adding to its extensive family of wellness brands. The acquisition expands Golden Bear´s network of providers and will create greater opportunities for Silver Creek going forward.

Golden Bear CDO Brandon Ziemann commented, “We were looking to expand to the Bay Area, and we identified Silver Creek as a top operating group in the market. Randy, Todd, and the rest of the Silver Creek team checked those boxes with the 6 clinics they were operating in. The shared vision and cultures allowed us to hit the ground running on our partnership with additional growth expansion as a focus.”

Former owners, Randy Waltz and Todd Jones have been promoted within Golden Bear Therapy Partners. Waltz now serves as a Director of Business Development and Jones as the Director of IT. In these new roles, they can focus on improving their team from within, while Golden Bear provides the backend support to help the clinic focus on growth.

Waltz says, “We had been searching for the right partner for the past few years …None of them seemed to be a good fit until we met Bobby and Brandon with Golden Bear Therapy Partners. They are truly PTs for PT and care about our occupation and continuing to provide great care for our patients. Partnering will provide more opportunity for our current staff and more growth for Silver Creek in the future.”

Silver Creek has locations in Los Gatos, Sunnyvale, Gilroy, Newark, and San Jose, and will continue providing their services in partnership with Golden Bear. The clinic offers treatments for injury recovery, surgery rehabilitation, sports medicine, and more.
